Special Projects Division Preconstruction Manager

Taylor is the Preconstruction Manager for Special Projects Division (SPD). In this role, he leads a team of estimating professionals who provide conceptual estimating, design development, value management, market studies and constructability review services. Taylor started at Turner as an intern in 2015. In 2016 he graduated and became an Engineer within SPD, working on a handful of projects in downtown San Francisco. He entered the Preconstruction department in 2019 and was promoted to Preconstruction Manager in 2022.
