Dave Steffens

​Dave started in the construction industry in 1985 as general contractor working in the field of the Southeast. In 1987, he moved west with building management experience in San Diego, Los Angeles, and the SF Bay Area. The early 1990s relocated him to Nashville, where healthcare was the focus throughout the Southeast until 1999, when he returned to the Bay Area, and has been since.

Dave joined Turner in 2004 and worked on projects in aviation, high-rise commercial office, residential, healthcare, and justice in Oakland and San Francisco. In 2008, he became an Operations Manager for our Silicon Valley Business. In 2012 Dave took on the Regional Operations Manager role for all four offices of our Northern California region until 2017 when Dave returned to the Silicon Valley Business Unit to oversee the office as General Manager. Dave has worked on the Stockton Courthouse, Santa Clara Medical Center- Replace Bed Building One project in San Jose, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, the Oakland Roadway and Curbside project, for the Port of Oakland, and the Four Seasons Hotel, andresidential project experience on 325 Freemont Street Condominium and Tishman Speyer 160 Folsom Street as well as several office projects, Tishman Speyer 555 Mission Street, and 222 Second Street in San Francisco.
