    Jason Jones
    Vice President & General Manager
    Jason’s career began with Turner in 1997, and he has since held positions in operations and pre-construction. Prior to becoming general manager, Jason led the firm's Special Projects Division, launching its new service line that grew to a $50M operation in the five years under his guidance. Jason has a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Akron, and a MBA with a focus in real estate finance from Cleveland State University. As VP and general manager, Jason sets the direction of business development and operational strategies for our Cleveland office. 

    Joe Lazzaro
    Vice President & Operations Manager
    Joe joined Turner's Cleveland office in 1986 as a scheduling engineer. He has held several leadership positions during his tenure, including general manager and business development manager. Joe currently oversees the office and field operations for the Cleveland and Toledo office locations. Joe has a B.S. in civil engineering from Ohio Northern University.

    Chuck Kostrab
    Special Projects Division Manager
    Prior to joining Turner in 2008, Chuck was an officer at a local general contractor where he oversaw finance, estimating, field operations. Chuck has excelled in establishing trusted partnerships and delivering the highest client service. Chuck leads construction services for our Special Projects Division, which specializes in interior build-outs, tenant improvements, and small to mid-sized new builds.

    Marty Burgwinkle
    Project Executive
    Marty joined Turner's Cleveland office in 1980 as an assistant superintendent. He held a variety of leadership positions throughout the field and office before transferring to Indianapolis in 2004, then Chicago in 2007 – each time to lead and successfully deliver major healthcare projects. Since returning to Cleveland in 2011 he has continued to lead all types of commercial and specialty projects of all sizes and complexities; including the Global Center for Health Innovation and Cleveland Convention Center and the Hilton Cleveland Downtown.

    Cliff Kazmierczak
    Vice President & Project Executive
    Cliff has been with Turner since 1974. In his career, he has worked on projects totaling more than $2.5 billion of construction. While his most significant project experience has been in large-scale healthcare facility projects, he also possesses a breadth of experience in leading commercial, pharmaceutical, K-12, higher education, sports, and public/government projects. 

    Jeff Loyall
    Vice President & Project Executive
    Jeff has more than 25 years of construction management experience. He has led large, complex projects in the healthcare, education, and commercial industries. Currently, as a regional director of healthcare, Jeff's wealth of knowledge of hospital systems has proven extremely valuable when it comes to supporting our clients' operational visions and goals.
