The Doha Ritz Carlton Hotel resort development consists of a five-star Ritz Carlton hotel, 25 floors high with 403 guest rooms, numerous shops, restaurants, a marina, a themed leisure island and a water park. The project also includes infrastructure and related works such as parking facilities, road works, landscaping, site services, sub-station, pumping reservoir, vehicle and pedestrian bridge between the hotel island and leisure island. This project was completed in joint venture with our long-standing partner from Kuwait, Projacs.
