Designed to fit into the landscape by Ole Scheeren, King Power MahaNakhon is a visionary 77-storey high-rise complex located on a 14,500 sq. m. site in Bangkok's central business district with a direct link to the Chongnonsi BTS Skytrain station between Silom and Sathorn Roads. At 314.2 m it is currently the 2nd tallest building in Thailand. This iconic building is home to luxury Ritz Carlton residences, a boutique 154 room 5* hotel (Edition), and shopping mall with high end retail and fine dining offerings. Although the project was started in 2010 by Pace Development, Turner was involved in the project as an adviser from 2015 to 2016 and as the project manager, including design management and commercial services, until late 2018 when the project was sold to King Power.
