  • Superintendent

    Leads, directs and coordinates the work of subcontractors and/or Turner trade labor. The Superintendent is responsible for ensuring safety, schedule delivery, quality of work performed and adherence to budget of the project. The Superintendent has supervisory responsibility for Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, Interns and trade labor in his/her area of responsibility. Reports to the Project Superintendent., Project Manager or Project Executive.


  • Facilities Engineer

    This assignment is for a full time facility engineer, who will perform the preventative and reactive maintenance, out of warranty repair, and all other operations activities on state of the art projects located in the San Francisco Bay Area. ·         The candidate must be able to self-perform the assigned maintenance and repair tasks in a professional, code compliant and safe manner. Note that there are several maintenance and repair activities that have been subcontracted (elevators, fire alarm and fire protection, etc.) that this candidate will be responsible to oversee and coordinate. ·         The candidate must be able to work with and operate current CMMS / work order management technology, to receive, execute and complete assignments. ·         The candidate must have an intimate knowledge of building control systems, including troubleshooting and optimization. ·         The candidate must be able to work with and coordinate with the work of the original equipment installers and manufacturers, to ensure that warranty repairs and maintenance are performed as required; this includes identifying potential warranty repair and corrective work that is outside normal preventative maintenance.  ·         The candidate must be able to work with the tenants to coordinate maintenance and repair activities around the tenant operations. ·         The candidate must be able to work with the Owner to establish proper facility operating procedures for new, state of the art projects.
