Turner's Chicago Special Projects Division was formed in 1971 as a reflection of the company’s goal to provide smaller-scale and interior construction projects with Turner's management support, efficiency, flexibility and sensitivity to client needs.
Turner's Special Projects Division engages in many types of renovations, tenant build-outs, additions and new construction projects. Work includes commercial offices, corporate headquarters, trading firm space, law offices, data centers, telecommunications, healthcare facilities, research & development facilities and educational facilities that range from 5,000 square feet to more than 300,000 square feet.
