Chicago

Turner opened the company's Chicago office in 1924 to construct a seven-story warehouse and office building for the Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company.  Since that time, we have completed over 1,000 new construction projects throughout Illinois.  With a strong skill and experience base in important market sectors, Turner prides itself on providing quality construction-related services to a diversified client base.

Our portfolio of work includes projects less than one million dollars to several hundred million and represents a client base that typically has complex building projects where molding program, budget, time, and aesthetic to an appropriate balance is particularly challenging.  It is our experience that those clients have an appreciation for the work our people can do and understand the value of Turner being brought onto their team early to collaborate with the project team.
