When the Atlanta office opened in 1976 we had fewer than five employees. During the nearly four decades since, we have grown to 150 full-time employees. We have cultivated excellent relationships with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and minority- and woman-owned business enterprises (M/WBEs) in the region, and we offer in-house scheduling and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) estimating expertise. We are able to achieve great value for our clients with the combination of our national purchasing power and our ability to engage smaller, local firms in the communities in which we build.
Notable projects underway include Baxter Pharmaceuticals, Ft. Benning Hospital and the Douglas County Adult Detention Center. We take pride in seeing the results of our labor in the Atlanta skyline and surrounding communities with marquee projects such as the 1180 Peachtree building in Midtown; the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Build 23 Laboratory and Building 24 Headquarters in Decatur; and Turner Broadcasting System’s Network Operations Center just off I-75 adjacent to the Georgia Institute of Technology campus.
To better serve our clients in the Southeast region, we combined resources, best practices and the expertise of our personnel in our eight regional offices, which includes Atlanta, Charlotte, Charleston, Huntsville, Miami, Nashville, Raleigh and Orlando. Our joined forces enable us to provide the best possible service in market segments such as healthcare, higher education, k-12, industrial, criminal justice and interiors, at the best possible value throughout the Southeast region.
Our office is LEED Gold certified in keeping with our commitment to Green Building and sustainable practices.
