  • Labor Compliance Administrator, San Diego Airport

    Turner is hiring a Labor Compliance Analyst who will be assigned to the San Diego Airport Project.  Projects under the jurisdiction of a public agency require the payment of Prevailing Wages.  As general contractor, Turner is responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws by subcontractors on Turner projects.  This individual will work directly with the Client, JV partners and other Labor Compliance Specialists, Contractors, and the Department of Industrial Relations.  The position’s primary tasks are the monitoring, review and compliance documentation of certified payrolls as received from public works contractors.
