Community involvement is an important part of Turner's culture. In Central Texas we embrace it, both personally and professionally. We are proud partners of the Hispanic Contractors Association, City of San Antonio’s Mentor Protégé Program, Association of General Contractors' Bexar County Mentor Protégé Program, ACE Mentor Program, Texas State University Capstone Program, Associated General Contractors - University of Texas at San Antonio Student Chapter, Canstruction Competitions, George Gervin Youth Center and the Association of General Contractors' Construction Leadership Forum. We also support local organizations and charities such as the San Antonio Rodeo BBQ/Kash for Kids, American Red Cross, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, as well as, South Texas Blood and Tissue Center.

The Turner School of Construction Management, a training program designed to enhance the technical and managerial skills of local, small contractors and entrepreneurs, has graduated more than 50 local men and women in Central Texas.

    The Field Engineer position will be assigned to the field operations team and will assist in obtaining, evaluating and coordinating all information needed to construct the project in accordance with the contract documents and to assure that the work meets all safety standards, is within schedule requirements, and is constructed to the highest level of quality possible. The Field Engineer in the performance of its duties shall be responsible for the protection and promotion of the interest of Turner and all matters. Reports to: Project Superintendent or Superintendents
