Since opening its office in Nashville in 1975, Turner Nashville has played a significant role in shaping the city’s skyline. Turner’s local resume includes such iconic buildings as the Davidson County Juvenile Court building, the Nashville Airport Terminal Complex, Bridgestone Arena, the Andrew Johnson and Davy Crockett state government office buildings, Blake Shelton's Ole Red Nashville, and numerous buildings on the Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Saint Thomas Hospital Campuses.

Among current active projects are 1200 Broadway, Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital Vertical Expansion, and the new Tennessee State Museum.
