Turner's first Florida project was completed in 1908 for the J.G. Christopher Company. In 1926, we completed our first project in Miami, the Venetian Hotel, followed by the 12-story Ingraham Building, and the landmark Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach. Since then, Turner has become one of the largest construction management firms in the Florida market.

We have established relationships with the major subcontractors and vendors in the area and use our relationships to develop unique solutions and meet our clients goals. We are proud that more than 80% of our contracts are with repeat clients.

We have worked on numerous projects in South Florida, including the Miami Intermodal Center, Cleveland Clinic Neurology and Cancer Institute, Hertz Corporation Global Headquarters, and Royal Caribbean Production Rehearsal Studios. A few of our current projects include the American Express Service Center, FLL Terminal 4 Expansion, and 230 Lincoln Road.
