Turner's first Florida project was completed in 1908 for the J.G. Christopher Company. In 1910, we completed the Venetian Hotel, our first project in Miami, followed by the 12-story Ingraham Building and the landmark Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach. Since then, Turner has become one of the largest construction management firms in the Florida market.
We have established relationships with the major subcontractors and vendors in the area and use our relationships to develop unique solutions and meet our clients goals. We are proud that more than 80% of our contracts are with repeat clients.
We have worked on many projects in South Florida, including the Miami Intermodal Center, Florida International University's PG5 Market Station, the Culture and Society Building at Florida Atlantic University and the Miami Culinary Institute at Miami Dade College.
