The Lathrop Company was founded in 1895 as a contractor specializing in the building of fine homes and small civil and industrial projects. More than 115 years later, we can look back at our past with pride and look ahead with confidence that our traditions will endure.
The Lathrop Company serves a varied clientele in the industrial, healthcare, retail, commercial and institutional markets. Lathrop provides design/build and construction management services, in addition to our traditional general contracting work.
Turner Construction Company acquired Lathrop in 1986. Through its affiliation with Turner, Lathrop has the ability to offer clients the strength and stability of a national corporation while delivering quality services at a local level.
