Our focus on sustainable building techniques has led to a growing portfolio of green building projects throughout Illinois. Our work includes 38 LEED certified projects and 16 projects seeking LEED certification.

Our most important green asset is our people. The Illinois office has 52 LEED Accredited Professionals on staff and we are a perennial sponsor of the United States Green Building Council’s Chicago Chapter. Several members of our staff are active Chapter members as well.

  • Senior Estimating Engineer

    Coordinates and participates in the preparation of all estimates that are provided by the Estimating Department. Manages and is responsible for all estimating functions that may be required during preconstruction including value engineering, alternative and comparative studies. Takes the lead from an estimating/preconstruction basis on projects assigned.

  • Assistant Engineer

    Position Description: Manage, evaluate and assess information necessary to construct the project on time, within budget and to the quality specified by the contract documents for the assigned areas. Has supervisory responsibility for Engineering Assistants, Plan Clerks and Interns. The Assistant Engineer is the individual on the project responsible for building parts of the project “on paper.” Reports to: Engineer, Project Engineer or Project Manager

  • Intern/Co-op - Great Lakes Region

    The purpose of the internship is to provide the student with supervised practice at the work site or in the office in the continuing daily operations of construction. Interns will assist the Engineer and/or the Superintendent in the field through assistance, coordination and distribution of information required to construct the project on time, within budget and to quality standard. The intern reports to the Project Engineer or Project Superintendent.
