Our focus on sustainable building techniques has led to a growing portfolio of green building projects throughout Illinois. Our work includes 19 LEED certified projects and 12 projects seeking LEED certification.
Our most important Green asset is our people. The Illinois office has 46 LEED Accredited Professionals on staff and we are a perennial sponsor of the United States Green Building Council’s Chicago Chapter. Several members of our staff are active Chapter members as well.

One South Dearborn - Illinois’ first LEED CS high-rise building
Exelon Corporate Headquarters - One of the world’s largest LEED CI Platinum projects
Exelon City Solar project - largest inner-city solar power plant in the country
