Our focus on sustainable building techniques has led to a growing portfolio of green building projects throughout Illinois. Our work includes 38 LEED certified projects and 16 projects seeking LEED certification.

Our most important green asset is our people. The Illinois office has 52 LEED Accredited Professionals on staff and we are a perennial sponsor of the United States Green Building Council’s Chicago Chapter. Several members of our staff are active Chapter members as well.

Notable LEED Projects:

  • University of Chicago, Reva and David Logan Center for Arts - Certified LEED Silver
  • Ogden International School of Chicago - Certified LEED Gold
  • One South Dearborn - Illinois’ first LEED CS high-rise building
  • Exelon Corporate Headquarters - One of the world’s largest LEED CI Platinum office projects
