Bread for the City and National Intrepid Center of Excellence receive NAOIP Award

Washington, D.C. - The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAOIP) Maryland/DC Chapter held its annual awards dinner Thursday, May 5 at the Willard Hotel in downtown Washington.  The dinner recognizes excellence in commercial development, including all aspects of project delivery from financing, through design, construction, and impact to the region.

Turner received awards for two projects from the panel of judges.The panel included real estate professionals, architects, builders, academics, and community leaders.

Bread for the City won an Award of Excellence in the category of Best Urban Office (up to 150,000 square feet) and the National Intrepid Center of Excellence won an Award of Merit in the category of Best Institutional Project.
