The Grand Californian Hotel project is a four-star, 750-room hotel with a banquet hall, conference center, ballroom, ancillary spaces and three restaurants. The exterior features courtyards, three pools and a water slide.

The project's architecture is derived from the “California Arts and Crafts” era which took place around 1910. The works of local artisans are integrated into the structure.
