This project consisted of the renovation of one ballroom, five meeting rooms, six break-out meeting spaces, four pre-function areas, the Executive Presentation Room (Amphitheater), the Remington Space, and the Executive Boardroom.  Work performed in the majority of these spaces entailed removal and replacement of ceiling tile, wall sconce light fixtures, carpeting, wall covering, and painting.  Some general maintenance and replacement of wall fabric on existing folding partition walls was required. 

In four areas, The Colorado Ballroom, White River Meeting rooms, the Centennial Ballroom and Cheyenne Meeting rooms, the lighting controls and dimmer panels were removed and replaced with new technology to better serve the clientele. 

The Remington rooms were renovated to provide an aesthetically pleasing, functional space. The center dividing wall was removed and replaced with a folding partition to provide the needed flexibility of one large room or two separate rooms, and distinctive smaller dining/meeting rooms. Updated audio and lighting controls, lights, chandeliers, and speakers were added in the new ceiling grid and tile. As with all renovated spaces, new distinctive carpeting and elegant wall covering were also installed to complete the ambiance. 

The Boardroom was renovated to provide a more modern executive meeting space that fit the mountain persona of this facility. The highlights of this space are the 103” plasma television, upgraded sound and light systems and the “rustic” yet elegant boardroom table manufactured from solid redwood planking. 

Throughout the entire project, Turner took great care in limiting exposure to the clientele of the resort.  Persistent communications with resort personnel and willingness of the Sub Contractors enabled Turner to complete construction work while the resort continued to operate fully with minimal disruption to daily activities, providing a fine, aesthetically pleasing project.
