Camping World Stadium Reconstruction (formerly the Orlando Citrus Bowl)

project at a glance

The transformation of Camping World Stadium (formerly the Orlando Citrus Bowl) was completed in just 12 months, during which nearly 90 percent of the stadium was demolished and re-built, including portions that have stood since Camping World Stadium’s original construction in 1937.

The redeveloped Camping World Stadium is a LEED Silver project and offers an enhanced fan experience at every level, with wider, chair-back seating, updated concessions areas and restrooms, and club and premium spaces throughout the building. All of which has enabled Orlando to pursue more high-profile sports tourism events such as neutral-site college football games, NFL preseason games, international soccer matches, big-name concerts and more.
