Turner provided construction management consulting services with Grupo Marhnos on the Becton Dickinson Cannula Manufacturing Facility, a 4,500 square meter single-story office, manufacturing and warehouse facility on a 7,100 square meter site. A second phase was completed in late-2009, which comprised an additional 4,000 square meters.

The project was designed and built by VYNMSA, a prominent Mexican developer/contractor, with Turner managing the construction and Grupo Marhnos providing subconsultancy services to Turner.

The plant manufactures medical cannulas which are then shipped to other BD locations for assembly.
