The relocated corporate headquarters of Watson Pharmaceuticals is a fit-out and renovation of 147,000 square feet of office space. Work was completed in two buildings in multiple phases. The first building is four-story fit-out that includes a high end executive area, board room, data center and a cafeteria with a dining area. The second building includes office space and computer rooms. The project has been registered with the USGBC and is currently on track to obtain a LEED Certified certification.
