    The IAC building is a a nine story, 550,000 square foot headquarters for IAC, which included the full interior fit-out.  The tower has underground ancillary parking for 70 cars and rise 155 feet from the sidewalk level.

Turner's Interiors or Special Projects Division performs tenant fit-out and renovation work along with select stand-alone structures. Projects typically range in size from $100,000 to $50 million. This specialized division focuses on the flexibility, efficiency and sensitivity that clients require for their interior and special projects. 

Turner's work includes commercial and retail banking projects, financial and investment facilities, corporate interiors, LEED Certified projects, amusement, data and call centers, seismic and building renovations medical office buildings. 

Turner's dedicated Interiors / Special Projects Division team is able to meet the unique requirements of delivering highly-finished tenant fit-outs in new and existing buildings. The assignments are fast-paced and our services address client needs for efficiency and flexibility. Our staff is experienced in working with architects, interior design firms, engineers, developers and clients in the public and private sectors.
