The builder of signature Philadelphia projects such as the National Constitution Center, Lincoln Financial Field, the Cira Centre, and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's new Buerger Center for Advanced Pediatric Care, Turner’s Philadelphia office is composed of over 170 full-time construction professionals responsible for more than $450 million of construction on an annual basis.  Since opening our doors in Philadelphia in 1907, our geographic reach has grown to include Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware, where we are proud to be a builder of choice.

Our management team is led by Chris Beck, vice president and regional general manager, who is responsible for the overall financial and operational success of the Philadelphia office.  He is supported by Greg Ryan, vice president and construction executive, who is responsible for overall leadership of our project teams and staffing; Kevin Cooke, vice president and general manager of our Special Projects and Interiors Division; and Greg Smith, vice president and regional preconstruction manager.  Combined they represent more than 100 years of combined experience in building.

We have extensive experience with a variety of building types, including: Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Research and Development, Interiors, Sports, Historical Renovation, Manufacturing, Industrial, Justice, Public, Retail, Multi-unit Residential, Entertainment, Hotel, Restoration, and Aviation/Transportation. Our office is currently managing a wide variety of projects, including: Brandywine Realty Trust's FMC Tower at Cira South in Philadelphia, PA; Meridian Health's Riverview Cancer Center addition in Red Bank, NJ; Subaru's new headquarters in Camden, NJ; Liberty Property Trust's 1200 Intrepid Boulevard and 351 Rouse Boulevard in the Philadelphia Navy Yard; Virtua's new Kyle Will Family Healthcare Center in Camden, NJ; and a series of renovations on Virtua’s South Jersey campuses.
