    The Recruiter is responsible for leading the Region’s talent sourcing, recruitment and selection process for Canadian Turner Construction Company. Partners with Regional HR Manager and Operations staff to fill current needs and develop strategic staffing plan, including the identification of an external talent pipeline that proactively delivers top talent and meets the Region’s staffing requirements.
