    Thomas J. Manahan, Jr.
    Chairman & CEO
    A Toledo native and career Lathrop employee, Manahan joined the company in 1984 as a Project Engineer. After holding a number of positions in Operations and Business Development for Lathrop, he was named Executive Vice President in 2000. He became President of Lathrop in December of 2001. In 2005, Tom was assigned statewide responsibilities with Turner as Vice President and General Manager of Ohio, including the Turner offices in Cleveland , Columbus and Cincinnati. In 2014, Tom was named Senior Vice President of Turner. His current responsibilities also include leading the Company’s national Industrial Market Segment Group. Tom is on the Board of Directors with the Regional Growth Partnership, Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce and Toledo LISC (Local Initiatives Support Coalition), the Downtown Toledo Development Corporation, and St. Francis de Sales High School. He is also is a past Campaign Chair for United Way of Greater Toledo. A Civil Engineering graduate of The Ohio State University, he also earned an MBA from The University of Michigan.  

      Bill Kidd
      Operations Manager
      Bill is responsible for construction operations, monitoring and coordinating the activities of staff, safety, EEO and labor relations. Bill has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. Prior to becoming the operations manager for Lathrop, his most recent leadership role included project executive managing more than $350 million of local healthcare construction. Bill earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Architectural/Environmental Design from Bowling Green State University. 

Tim Meyer
Project Executive
Tim began his career with Lathrop in 1984. Over the years Tim’s role and responsibilities have increased and he has served as project manager and project executive on many of Lathrop’s high profile projects. These projects include multiple projects on the campus of Bowling Green State University, Fifth Third Field, Huntington Center and the Hensville. Tim is responsible for the overall operations of the projects he oversees including contract negotiations, client services, project quality, schedule and profitability. He provides the leadership for the entire project team and has full authority and accountability for the success of the overall project. Tim attended The University of Toledo.
