    David Spaulding
    Vice President & General Manager
    David joined Turner in 2004 as legal counsel for the firm. Currently as general manager of the Cincinnati office, he is responsible of overall strategic planning, new business development and client satisfaction in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region. A cum laude graduate from Marshall University and 2014 Forty Under 40 honoree, Dave serves on the Minority Business Accelerator, Cincinnati Regional Business Council, Board of Governors for Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and St. Elizabeth Healthcare Foundation.

      Tim Allison
      Operations Manager
      Tim began his career with Turner in 1984. He has since served in operational leadership roles such as project executive, project manager, and superintendent on several healthcare and education building projects. As operations manager, Tim oversees all office and field operations of projects throughout Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky. Tim has a B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati and is a member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineering, Allied Construction Industries, Tristate Society of Healthcare Engineering, and a LEED Accredited Professional.

        Doug Bennett
        Special Projects Division Manager
        Doug began his career with Turner in 1985. Currently as the leader of our Special Projects Division, Doug manages a team of 20 staff members and 25 hourly carpenters and laborers, focused on interior fit-outs, renovation, and addition projects. Projects range in size from $100K to $20+M, providing an excellent training ground for young staff to be exposed to many facets of construction. Doug has previously served as Cincinnati/Kentucky Purchasing Manager, then Project Executive and Account Executive, where he led the business development efforts to increase our presence within the justice, religious, and Senior Living markets in Southwest Ohio and Kentucky. 

          Joe Bayer
          Business Development
          Joe began his career with Turner in 2011 and has served in various capacities in engineering, superintending, estimating, and marketing. In his current role, Joe creates lasting partnerships with local and regional clients to enhance opportunities for growth and is tasked with communicating the value of our services. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Dayton in Civil Engineering and holds a Master’s in Engineering with a focus on Green Design from Carnegie Mellon University.

            Ted Boeckerman
            Regional Preconstruction Manager
            Ted joined Turner in 2005 and has since held leadership positions throughout most of his tenure, including special projects division manager, and preconstruction manager of the Cincinnati office. Currently in his statewide role as preconstruction manager, Ted and his team are able to ensure that each project is staffed with the optimal mix of local market knowledge and industry experience to provide clients with the most accurate estimates during the preconstruction phase. Ted has a B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati.

              Bob Grace
              Vice President & Construction Executive
              Bob is a trained architect and Cincinnati builder. His career began with Turner in 1979, and he has grown through the ranks of field operations to lead some of the most notable building projects in Downtown, such as the Great American Tower at Queen City Square, and the 84.51 Centre. Bob graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a B.A. in architecture, and is a board member of the Architectural Foundation of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Early Learning Center, and a volunteer at the Ohio High School Athletic Association and St. Mary’s Parish.

                Jim DeLage
                Project Executive
                Jim joined Turner in 2005 and has more than three decades of construction management experience. Jim’s portfolio of experience includes more than ten billion dollars of K-12 Education and University construction throughout the eastern and Midwestern regions of the United States. Jim’s past involvement with the National State Boards of Education included helping formulate the basis of a national study outlining the depth of needs for educational facilities in the United States. That study heightened an awareness and a call to action by states to support a reassessment of educational facilities in their respective states. Jim has a B.S. in business administration and architecture and has served as Board President of the ACE Mentor Cincinnati program.

                  Phil O'Brien
                  Project Executive
                  Phil joined Turner in 2002, and has proven to be an excellent field operations leader. Prior to becoming a project executive, Phil was the special projects division manager for the Cincinnati office where he managed numerous interior fit-out projects throughout the Greater Cincinnati region. Phil holds a B.S in construction management from the University of Cincinnati; has served as a board member for the Allied Construction Industries (ACI), and the University of Cincinnati's College of Engineering and Applied Science; and was a volunteer leader at St. Vincent DePaul.
