Turner Breaks Ground on Richmond Justice Center

At a ceremony on January 20, 2012, Turner broke ground on a new justice center for the City of Richmond, Virginia. Members of the design/build team, composed of Turner, Ballard and T.K. Davis Construction Company with HOK Architects, joined Mayor Dwight Jones to do the ceremonial honors.
The 400,000 square foot building is scheduled for completion in 2014.
