GSA's 3 White Flint North Celebrates Topping Out

August 31, 2011


Bethesda, MD - Wednesday August 31, 2011 marked the topping out of the structure at the 3 White Flint North Project.  

Turner is the general contractor for this 14-story, 362,000 square foot office building for the General Services Administration.  The building is situated atop a 1,200 space parking garage and is clad in glass and precast.  Located adjacent to the White Flint Metrorail station the building will be an integral part of the White Flint Transit oriented development.

Designed by HOK Architects, 3 White Flint North is a Class A office building destined to architecturally compliment the North Bethesda neighborhood as part of the overall master plan and is designed to achieve LEED Silver.  The building is part of a 32 acre, mixed use planned development called North Bethesda Center.
