project at a glance

The Terranea Resort project includes102 acres of infrastructure and site improvements including construction of a 360-room luxury hotel tower, 13 casitas, 10 villas, five bungalows and related public facilities. The project also included construction of a 55,000 square foot conference facility and a 20,000 square foot spa.

The project site includes more than a mile of coastline with views of a 150-foot cliff at the edge of the ocean. The preservation of the California coastline and maintenance of native habitat zones were two of the project team's main concerns.
