The KLX Aerospace Headquarters and Distribution Center project consists of a tilt-up wall and steel building totaling approximately 540,000 square feet with 90,000 square feet of interior fit-out for offices. The largest portion of the building, with a 32-foot clear vertical height from the floor to bottom of the roof structure, will be used for warehouse and distribution operations.
