The transformation of the former Detroit News & Free Press Headquarters (originally built in 1917) included build-out of 404,000 square feet to create a modern office environment for multiple tenants.

In addition to a tenant build-out for Molina Healthcare, work included the build-out of office space for Quicken Loans, a data  center for future tenant use, and an extensive core and shell renovation of the entire building. And, a portion of the internal, street level, parking garage was converted into a new restaurant called the Press Room Café.
