Renovation of theTerminal 2 structure at Oakland International Airport included improvements to the outbound baggage structure, the inbound baggage hall with three carousels and TSA security check points as well as installation of additional ticket counter (ATO) space, removal and replacement of HVAC systems, ceilings, restrooms and addition of hold room space.  The Terminal 2 Extension includes seven additional gates, holdrooms, concessions and concessions storage space, airport and airline operations space, security, life safety, power monitoring and energy management systems throughout.  A stand alone mechanical building to service the structures as well as renovation of the terminal was also constructed.

This project achieved LEED Silver Certification.
