In 2006, Turner commenced construction of the centerpiece of the Wisconsin Place development: a 432-unit residential tower.

The tower is a 15-story post-tensioned concrete structure totaling 497,000 square feet. It consists of a masonry and glass exterior, and features upscale amenities including large, luxury apartments, a garden terrace, pool, recreation and fitness areas, and high end appliances. Residents benefit from having direct access to Metro, ample underground parking, and a common plaza with retail shopping, as well as a community recreation center built within the development.

The project was recognized by the Maryland / DC Chapter of NAIOP for "Best Mixed Use Project," in it’s Awards of Excellence program, 2009.

Also, under separate contract, Turner completed the below grade parking structure (920,000 square feet), service areas, foundations and plaza level slab for the entire Wisconsin Place development.
