The Depaul Medical Office Building is a four-story 126,000 square foot structure which included tenant improvements on the first and second floors; representing the first phase for the Middle Tennessee Replacement Hospital project.

The first floor has been leased to United Surgical Partners an ambulatory surgery center consisting of 6 operating rooms and a 19-bed recovery area. The second floor has been leased to Tennessee Orthopedic Alliance and will include X-Ray, MRI imaging capabilities,  patient exam rooms, doctor's offices and administrative offices.
