This 20,000 square foot culinary school expansion included significant MEP including over twenty pieces of rooftop equipment, and new water, waste, electrical and gas service.  Kitchen finishes include resinous flooring, ceramic tile and stainless steel. Rooftop equipment was required for the structural steel reinforcement. The project was completed within an extremely fast-paced 14-week schedule.
