The inVentiv Health project included demolition and renovation of 150,000 square feet spread over four floors. The majority of fit-out work included offices, conference rooms, training rooms, pantries, data center and executive offices. The data center is cooled by CRAC units and roof-mounted dry cooler and has a FM 200 fire suppression system. A substantial amount of existing ceiling grid and tile, sprinkler system and ductwork were reused.
