Nick Barker

Throughout his 20-year tenure, Nick has brought a unique combination of leadership, sincerity, vision, and technical competence to ensure an effective, well-run construction company. He has worked in various roles within the company and has also worked on various project types, such as hospitality, healthcare, mission-critical, aviation, interiors, and commercial. His diverse portfolio and experience in roles and responsibilities have allowed him to develop strong relationships in the DFW market as well as expertise and value to our clients in the region.

Nick views his role as an executive leader and, more importantly, a team player. He consistently works hand in hand with the operations, preconstruction, and business development teams to build authentic relationships with our clients, JV partners, architects, and trade partners as Turner continues to build safely across DFW. His team would describe his management style as inclusive, collaborative, yet decisive, and willing to continuously challenge his staff to improve. Most importantly, he is humble and willing to put the needs of his clients and staff first. Despite his efforts and willingness to dive into the details or assist in any way, he is always quick to give the credit and recognition to the team.
