With 20 years in the industry, she has been a leader in multiple market segments such as healthcare, hospitality, commercial, corporate office, and municipal projects throughout DFW.
Along with her ability to deliver her clients' projects on time, under budget, and with the highest quality, Brenda exhibits a high level of respect for people regardless of background, ethnicity, and gender. Throughout her career, she has taken the initiative to develop and grow employee resource groups such as the Dallas Women’s Group, the Dallas Training Committee, and the DE&I Committee in efforts to ensure employees have access to the development needed to advance and grow in their careers.
In addition to her leadership at work, Brenda finds time to make a difference within the community. She serves as Chair-Elect of the Executive Leadership Council for Autism Speaks. She enjoys mentoring elementary-aged students and participates in programs that develop children’s interest in STEM fields.
