Joe Glowacki

Joe’s primary focus is leading a team of Construction and Project Executives to ensure that Houston’s projects are performing to the Turner standard of excellence in terms of cost control, schedule reliability, quality control, and most of all safety and active caring. He is involved in several industry and community organizations and serves as a member of the board of the Associated Builders & Contractors’ (ABC) Houston chapter. Joe joined Turner in 1985 in New York and has worked in various locations including Dallas, California, and Houston. Some of Joe’s most notable projects included the University of Houston Fertitta Center, Deloitte University, Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine, the Los Angeles Rams SoFi Stadium, LAX Midfield Satellite Concourse North, and the Las Vegas Convention Center Expansion.
