WPP Detroit Marquette Building

Certified gold for WPP

Located inside the historic Marquette Building, across from Huntington Place in downtown Detroit, construction included a new basement mailroom; first floor photography studio; workspaces on multiple floors; sixth floor recording studios and editing suites; tenth floor training rooms; numerous conference rooms; tenth floor opening to the ninth for company meetings; and reception space on the eleventh floor adjacent to a patio balcony.

High-end finishes transform headquarters space into a modern and functional workplace

An advanced A/V system featuring amplification, video display, controls, and transmission systems that integrates with Owner-provided tables, credenzas and desks was also installed. High-end finishes adorn the space throughout including original elevator doors repurposed for conference room use and large, round luminaire lighting, inspired by the 1950’s steering wheel, procured by SourceBlue. CRAC units, chiller and UPS systems were also procured by SourceBlue. The project is LEED Gold Certified.
