General contracting services for interior and exterior renovations and sitework at The Landing at Queensbury senior living facility. The project encompassed a wide range of tasks such as hardscape, landscaping enhancements, gazebo replacement, a pre-engineered metal building, dumpster enclosure and removal of existing storage sheds. Building improvements included selective replacement of vinyl siding, gutter repair/replacements, restoration of exterior columns, selective interior and exterior door replacement and repairs, window screen replacements, millwork replacements, upgrades to public bathrooms and carpet and vinyl tile replacement in public spaces, lighting and mechanical upgrades.
