The Redstone Aircraft Hangar project was a 63,000-sq. ft. aviation-test, instrumentation, and integration aircraft hangar facility to support developmental flight-test activities. The project encompassed the construction of an aircraft hangar, administrative space, a hangar-access apron, an aircraft-parking apron, information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, intrusion-detection system connection, energy-monitoring control systems connection, sustainability and energy enhancement measures, and anti-terrorism/force protection measures.
