Northeastern University, West Campus Residence Hall Building E

Expanding The Northeastern Campus

Building E consists of student housing and a parking garage. The building footprint occupies 55,000 sq. ft. and the total built-out space totals 343,815 sq. ft. The parking garage occupies three floors above-grade and accommodates 300 cars. The student housing portion is eight stories, 113,790 sq. ft., and provides 270 beds, 90 efficiencies, and 45 apartments. Turner also self-performed the concrete for this project. This project was constructed in conjunction with The Behrakis Health Science Building, a seven-story science center by a separate contractor. Both projects share a common foundation wall as well as mechanical systems.
