Mount Greylock Regional School

Revitalizing Public Spaces and Restoring to Pristine Condition

Constructed in two phases in 1968 and 1970, the 178,000 sq. ft. Mount Greylock Region School suffered from lack of adequate ventilation, excessive humidity and poor energy usage. Project entailed preconstruction and construction management services for the addition and renovation to the school. Project consisted of a new 60,000 sq. ft., 3 story classroom wing which houses classrooms and labs spaces. The area between the current gym and the auditorium was demolished and rebuilt as connective space housing specialty labs, media center and other public use spaces. After the 133,000 sq. ft. facility was completed and occupied, the dated wing was demolished.
