Dodge Hall Renovation

Bringing enhanced lab space to Oakland University students

Refreshed lab space within Dodge Hall gives Oakland University students an opportunity to enhance their focus in biology and pre-med studies. Space totaling 8,700 sq. ft. was reconfigured with new laboratory layouts and support office space. New casework, benching, fume hoods, and research equipment are featured prominently throughout. Life safety systems and upgraded ventilation provide a safe and productive laboratory experience. Dodge Hall is named for John Francis Dodge, co-founder of Dodge Brothers Motor Cars, later acquired by Chrysler as the Dodge brand of automobiles, and first husband of Oakland University co-founder Matilda Dodge Wilson.
