Construction of the new three-level, 57,520 sq. ft. West Energy Plant is designed to support the Behavioral Health Pavilion and future campus development. The energy plant occupies house boilers, chillers, generators, and a normal power and water feed.
An underground tunnel system, directly connected to the Behavior Health Pavilion, provides pedestrian circulation between the two buildings and makes available connection locations for future buildings. To protect the client’s capital investment and help control construction costs, Turner Logistics was directly engaged with the project team to facilitate the procurement and delivery of the plant’s mechanical equipment.
