The 404,000 sq. ft., former Detroit News & Free Press Headquarters (originally built in 1917) was renovated and transformed into modern office space for multiple tenant use. The initial scope featured a tenant build-out for Molina Healthcare. Additional work included the build-out of office space for Rocket Mortgage; a new data center for future tenant use; and an extensive core and shell renovation of the entire building. A portion of the internal, street level, parking garage was also converted into a new restaurant called the Press Room Café.
