Tools and Tiaras over the years

Some of the key pillars of Tools and Tiaras are to expose young girls and women to the design and skilled trades in the construction industry, to inspire and to mentor the students in whatever they need to grow in the industry.

Turner’s New York City office originally connected with Tools and Tiaras in 2018 to have their summer campers tour a project and since then has continued the relationship providing various site tours with the summer campers. Judaline Cassidy, Chief Visionary Officer, and Founder, of Tools & Tiaras, has worked on Turner job sites before and has said that Turner has the safest job sites she has ever been on and wanted the girls to visit such workplaces.

When the T&T campers tour a Turner site, they get to meet women working on massive projects – from the skilled trade side to the business side. The Turner team is teaching, empowering, and inspiring young women that they can do anything they put their minds to. They must see it to believe it.
