The Erie Community Park is a 48-acre site that  includes four baseball fields in a ballfield complex with Musco lighting, bleacher seating, powder-coated black fencing including custom backstops with laser-cut signage, dugouts, a Score Booth, scoreboards, and warm-up areas. There are also four tennis courts with post-tensioned concrete slabs and surfacing, cabanas, and fencing with windscreens.

The park also features multi-purpose turf fields for soccer, lacrosse, rugby, and other uses; an oval-shaped Civic Green with concrete bleachers, sidewalks around the perimeter, and pedestrian lighting; multiple playgrounds for kids of all ages including a tot play area, an intermediate play area with a solar power structure, and custom fabricated climbing structures. 

Sitework included two new parking lots, all associated hardscape including sandblasted and etched images in the walks and adjacent boulders, in-laid leaf images poured into the concrete, concrete seatwalls and curbwalls, and crusher fine paths; all new utilities and detention pond; a picnic shelter/restroom building with large overhangs for fixed picnic tables; a concessions/restroom building; a Maintenance Building; two gateway entries with large timbers, stone bases, and signage; a plant-select garden; all associated irrigation and plantings; several acres of future areas that have native seed; all grading and import associated with building up a natural amphitheater area for a future phase; and all site furnishings including benches, trash receptacles, bike racks, grills, doggie pick-ups, foul poles, etc.
