He is a true builder at heart and has a passion for the communities we build. With over 26 years of industry experience, Steve has developed expertise in various markets and built a strong contractor network in Western, NY. Being a part of significant healthcare projects including the Gates Vascular Institute, Oishei Children’s Hospital, Buffalo Life Sciences, commercial projects like Niagara Falls Bridge Commission; higher education projects at UB, Buffalo State and ECC, as well as multiple K-12 projects across all of WNY has given Steve significant experience with estimating, bidding, procurement, quality control, scheduling, budgeting and resource management. Steve is a LEED, AP, BD+C with the US Green Building Council, a graduate of the AGC’s Future Construction Leaders, a graduate from Leadership Buffalo, a recipient of WNY’s 40 Under 40 award, named to Buffalo's Business First's 2023 Power 250 list, and a proud Eagle Scout. Steve volunteers his time as a committee member with the Buffalo Museum of Science, a board member for Invest Buffalo Niagara, and an Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 513.
